Service Pro Plumbing

Service Pro did an amazing job swapping out a skinny soaking tub for a large garden style tub. They were professional, courteous, and easy to work with. I'm so grateful that they were recommended to me and I contracted with them on this project. The team was Will, Garrett, and Jose. You might wonder why 3 people. The old tub weighed about 40lbs and the new one 300lbs. We only had about an 1/2 inch of play on both ends of the new tub. Hats off on a job well done. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a plumber. John was honest and explained everything that needed to be done to fix the leak on my water hose spigot. Most of all, his price was reasonable. I will definitely be using Service Pro Plumbing again if I have any plumbing needs in the future.

An amazing company with incredible plumbers. I had the opportunity to meet Will the owner, and he is the most down to earth guy that I've had the pleasure connecting with. He was able to come next day (on the weekend) to my gym, which is 30 minutes if not more from Concord, for an emergency service. Not only was it quick (fixed within 1 hour), but it was insanely stress free. Will walked me through additional step/precautions that we can take to ensure this issue does not reoccur. Cannot recommend enough!

Had a pipe burst and Service Pro came within 24 hours which was much faster than home warranty plumber who said 5 days. Assessed damage and had to move built in vanity, cut drywall and repair pipe. Guaranteed price and Stood by it. They had it fixed much faster than I anticipated too. Really worth paying for it ourselves to have it fixed quickly and they did a great job of replacing and recaulking the vanity.

I have used Service Pro Plumbing twice in 5 years. Each time, the owner has quickly replied to my dispatch request, explained their estimated costs on the phone before showing up to do the job, arrived on time, or early, to the scheduled appointment, conducted quality work in a timely manner, and the final cost remained around the same price quoted in the estimate. Plumbing work is expensive by nature, but it’s a specialized service that not everyone can do, and Will & his team have the experience, equipment and skills to fix problem while providing the highest quality services that will give you a peace of mind that the job is done correctly. I highly recommend this company, no matter if the plumbing job is big or small. In my opinion, they are the absolute best option in the area!
